Good room, warm and clean. Had usual biscuits and tea etc. Little container for fresh milk or oat milk which can be refilled at the bar. There is a reasonably priced Breakfast (full English) which was £10.50. Continental was £7. Pamela was very helpful.

Only complaint would be that on warm nights it would be good to have a sheet provided rather than / or in addition to a duvet.

Lovely stay at the Castle Hotel, room was spotless and Comfy, and food was very nice. I had a lovely chat with the housekeeper Karen on my way out, who was very kind and helped direct me to where I could get my breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Thanks :)

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and food in the restaurant. All staff have been very friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was quiet and had everything we needed. Nice to have iron and board without having to request it. Lots of additional touches. Welcome tray with a lovely, personal message and as we would call it, ‘posh’ biscuits and drinks options with additional thought of the option of fresh milk for drinks if wanted- a little milk urn to be filled upon request and keep the milk cool! Breakfast was excellent value, again with attentive, friendly staff. Would recommend and stay again!

We were greeted by families having lunch and the sight of amazing food made walking into the newly refurbished dining area has an instant impact of the family feel that this hotel has to offer.
The management team went so far beyond our expectations, after being let down by a rival hotel they came to our rescue.
The hotel room was compact but had an amazing en-suite and comfortable bed. Very clean and a personal message welcoming us to the hotel. These little touches made us feel very welcome.
This was once of the best experiences that we have had.

We’ve stayed at The Castle on a few occasions whilst visiting family in Kirby Muxloe. We’ve had the pleasure of staying in a number of the hotel rooms which have all been clean, comfortable and modern. The rooms vary in size between adequate and palatial at various price points, none of which are excessive given the facilities and service we have received. Staff are friendly without being intrusive, and breakfast and dinner have been good both in terms of quality and price. Special thanks to Caroline and Pam who always seem happy to see us and have always go above and beyond to help even arranging for me to have a bacon sandwich when I thought I had missed breakfast at park run!
