Bellas instalaciones, cómodas y agradables habitaciones, excelente calidad de servicio, cordiales y de buen trato, personal capacitado para atender a los clientes, cómodo de fácil acceso, buena ubicación, excelente calidad de las comidas tipo buffet. Seguro regresare pronto.

Restaurante de mala cálidas. Por no tener ni cafeteria. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias .comida escasa y.mala no reponen . Estuvimos un grupo una semana y solo cene ensalada y poca fruta no quedaba para todos.cucharillas de palo para el café. Un desastre

Fácil aparcamiento en los alrededores y bien restaurante con cena de buffet y desayuno completo. Las habitación era demasiado pequeña y con poco espacio para trabajar, demás tenía un enchufe colgando y la cama hacia mucho ruido con un colchón muy desgastado.

Buen hotel situado en Getxo, limpieza y confort! Personal muy eficiente y proactivo! Habitaciones confortables y limpias! Insonorizado y buena calidad de sueño! Cómo contra no dispone de bar cafetería, salvo el de desayuno, repetiría sin duda.

Todo bien en general; a mejorar el calor que hacía en la habitación cuando llegamos y q con el aire acondicionado piesto me costó mucho enfriar.
En el desayuno mucha gente, dos cafetwras que no daban a basto. Feo no reponer el aguacate cuando se acabó quedando bastante para la hora de cerrar el buffet.

Genial la estancia en este NH. Muy bien situado, próximo a Neguri y Las Arenas. Impecable servicio, limpieza y equipamiento del hotel. Fácil acceso. Desayuno buffet variado y con buenos productos. Volveremos seguro.
