Very comfortable, large room

Top location and still quiet a**osphere

A first-class hotel with great rooms/suites. A hotel without a lounge or bar in an excellent location. Everything is very well organized, as reception is not always manned. Small (about 15 suites), but nice. Highly recommended

We spent a weekend in Leipzig to attend a concert and felt comfortable in the villa. There is no staff on the weekend, which means it is self-service. What bothers us most is the aggressive behavior of some police officers. The American consulate is right next door. The entrance to the villa is in front of the police station. The furnishings in the rooms are upscale and appropriate for the price. They are spacious and not overly cluttered. We enjoyed our home-made breakfast tea and our self-brought wine surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable leather armchairs on a cowhide at the small, stylish glass table. The bathroom was also equipped in a way that was compatible with the price. The only small thing that the interior designer forgot to mention is that you also need light from the side for shaving. In terms of architecture, the building itself is not modern but of a normal construction. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would not book the villa again.

A very nice spacious room. It radiates luxury. Large windows, some of which can actually be opened. The mattress was good and spacious. Sufficient parking spaces. A designer sofa that was comfortable. A spacious bathroom without bath. The center is less than a 10-minute walk, and yet it is not busy. There is no 24h reception. But I didn't miss that. I would definitely stay here again.

Anyone who wants to treat themselves to something during their visit to Leipzig should stay here. The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the heavily guarded US consulate (what is this for?!?). It is about a 10-minute walk to the center. Everything is good here, the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast in the guesthouse opposite is very good. The journey is also good, if you ignore the bad-tempered police officers in front of the US consulate. The police spokesman should have a say in that...

Beautiful and very stylish! Large and spacious rooms, equipped with every comfort! However, check-in was very difficult, as no one was there. The code we received to open the gate to the parking lot did not work. We could contact someone by phone, but it would take another 20 minutes before we could be helped. Fortunately, with the help of another hotel guest, it worked. All's well that ends well. The breakfast in a nearby hotel was excellent!
