Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Minuten (Fahrt mit der Strassenbahn) vom Hauptbahnhof in einer Strasse etwas abseits der Innenstadt.
Wir waren bei Ankunft gegen 23.30 Uhr etwas enttäuscht, dass ein internationales Hotel der Dorint-Kette keine Getränke mehr an der Bar ausschenkt, sondern nur auf ein minimales Angebot aus dem Rezeptionskühlschrank aufweist. In vergleichsweise deutlich kleineren Hotels haben wir oft die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die Rezeption in der Lage ist, die Bar zum Ausschank der Getränke zu bedienen.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Der Einrichtungsstil entspricht den 90er Jahren.

Diese Kritik geht nicht an das Hotel: wir haben u.a. aufgrund der Bilder mit Sauna und Freizeitbereich, die wir nutzen wollten, dieses Haus gebucht.
Vor Ort wurde uns dann allerdings erklärt, dass schon seit Corona-Zeiten beides nicht mehr vorhanden sei.
Daher meine Aufforderung an das Buchungsportal: bitte unbedingt die Bilder erneuern und aktuell halten (u.a. auch den Hoteleingang mit Mercure-Schriftzug)!

Für die Zimmerkategorie waren die Möbel, das Farbkonzept und die Größe des Zimmers zwar nicht zeitgemäß, aber in Bezug auf die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und der ruhigen Lage war ich soweit sehr zufrieden und kann das Dorint empfehlen.

The Stuff was flexible. The Room was clean but I saw only a little bit sky and a small court, when I looked out of my window.

Preis und Leistung okay. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die modernsten ebenso wie die TV Ausstattung. Die Innenstadt ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe der Uni Klinik.

Es un hotel bastante céntrico, como a 10 minutos a pie del centro histórico y muy bien comunicado con cualquier parte de la ciudad. Habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. El desayuno excelente, tal vez de los mejores bufets de desayuno en los que hemos estado. El personal muy atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesitas. El último día salimos temprano y nos prepararon una bolsa de picnic muy completa, con carne rebozada, fruta, zumos, agua, barritas, dulce y dos bocadillos. Ha sido una excelente elección.
