Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen für einen Stadttrip, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Das Rezeptionspersonal war sachlich, aber leider wenig auskunftsfreudig. Möglicherweise liegt es daran, dass jeden Tag sehr viele Leute an und abreisen, da dies wohl in erster Linie ein Businesshotel ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, zur Burgplatzseite, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Dem Kunden blieb es überlassen, ob die Reinigung jeden Tag erfolgen sollte, wenn man das durch ein entsprechendes Türschild anzeigte, sollte man zum Dank ein kostenloses Getränk bekommen, was uns aber leider nicht angeboten wurde. Die Matratze war für mich zu hart, mein Mann kam damit klar. Erst im Nachhinein las ich bei einer Bewertung, dass das Hotel Topper anbietet, solche Infos sollten vom Hotel klarer benannt werden. Unangenehm empfanden wir, dass im ansonsten sauberen Badezimmer die Glasduschtür im unteren Bereich recht dreckig und schimmelig war. Ansonsten war das Superiorzimmer sehr sauber, groß und hochwertig eingerichtet. Gut gefallen hat uns auch das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, bei dem man noch zusätzliche Eierspeisen direkt beim Personal bestellen konnte.
