Always stay at this hotel in Leipzig, staff friendly, great location, for centre and for football matches, hotel eco friendly and very clean, added bonus of a car park however I feel this is a little expensive and the bar is very good but needs to stay open a little longer, however would stay here again though

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Only drawback was lack of air conditioning during very hot weather.

The Hotel is in walking distance from Leipzig Main Train Station. My Brother and I visited Leipzig with our elderly Father who cannot walk very far anymore. The Standard rooms in the historic Building were lovely, Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant was good, Restaurant and Bar staff very friendly and attentive. The Breakfast Buffet is wonderful. Our problem was that it was not clearly communicated to us that there was no Parking facility at all to Set down a Hotel Guest who cannot walk very well. We were informed that the Hotel had a small private car park but that parking spaces could not be booked in advance. When we turned up the Hotel had no Car parking spots and we could not even set down our Father in front of the Hotel as there is major traffic around the Hotel and no possibility to stop at all. So, we were informed to park at the public Parking facility at the Train Station and to walk over to the Hotel. This is too far distance for anyone who cannot walk very well and with luggage! So, anyone with walking difficulties please note you can NOT park close to the Hotel not even for Drop off.and you can NOT reserve a Hotel Car parking spot. Other then that, the Hotel is fine but we were really annoyed and stressed out by the situation upon our arrival. Reception staff should have informed us better, was also not very helpful with making suggestions for Dinner at local Restaurants.

What a fabulous hotel 10 minutes from centre of town and 45 minutes to RB Leipzig arena, hotel spotless, very comfortable room and bed, good breakfast, only little drawback is the room keys, I'm all for green technology buy when you cannot get in your room at 1am not too good All in all though would highly recommend and would stay again

Good location and quiet room. The receptionist was completely absent when I arrived. She couldn't find tmy reservation, but gave me the information of two other people. Then she said that the reservation has been canceled until she finally found there. The hotel's services were very limited and in the evenings you could only get heated ready meals like pizza from freezer. The room is really warm and the bed had plastic under sheets, which made sleeping really sweaty.

Firstly, the hotel is located by a really nice building of central railway station, so was pleasure to see it from our balcony. Getting to the city center is 5 minutes by walk. We really appreciate the kindness of the staff at the reception, during breakfasts and, last but not least, the approach of the bar manager, who was so helpful & fantastic! There are possibilities to park your car in the hotel or at other 2 places which are 2 minutes by walk.

In Victor's Residenz-Hotel Leipzig bin ich bereits mehre Male gewesen, dass Hotel ist mir daher bekannt. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, genau neben dem Hauptbahnhof und in direkter Nähe zum Innenstadt-Zentrum, mehrere Straßenbahnlinien sind vor dem Hotel erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und gemütlich. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr leise, nur der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraßenkreuzung unmittelbar vor dem Hotel hört man tagsüber durch die geschlossenen Fenster deutlich, was jedoch in der Nacht nur noch gering ist. Es fehlt eine Kühlmöglichkeit für Getränke (z.B. Minibar) im Zimmer während der Sommerzeit. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist schmackhaft und ausreichend. Insgesamt betrachtet kann man sich in diesem Hotel wohlfühlen.

The location is perfect right next to the main station. My room had a small balcony and an excellent view. The location does produce noise due to the trains but with some ear plugs I slept very well. Breakfast is fantastic.

We received a very friendly welcome. The staff was always helpful and answered our questions. The hotel is very conveniently located. Many sights are within walking distance. The breakfast was great, very plentiful. The schnitzel in the restaurant is also recommended.

The hotel is in a great location for the train station and the city center. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was on the top floor, facing the street. There are blinds and curtains, which we thought was very good and with earplugs the street didn't bother us. The room was comfortable and the bed was good and it wasn't cold either. In the bar we had a very friendly bartender, the cocktails were excellent, the seating was comfortable. We liked it a lot. We weren't noticed much at breakfast, nobody asked us anything or cleared our table. A young employee who came out of the kitchen greeted us in a friendly manner. The breakfast was rather average compared to other 4-star hotels, we've seen other breakfast buffets. Bread and rolls weren't great, the selection of sausage and cheese was OK, but not 4 stars. But there were marshmallows for breakfast, which was something different, we thought it was good as a change. Overall we liked the hotel, maybe we'll book it again.

Top hotel in Leipzig city center. Extremely friendly staff characterize this place! The rooms have a special atmosphere. Breakfast was very good and the bar was also very nice! We will be back!

From reception to check-out, everything went smoothly and the friendly, courteous service at reception, bar and breakfast area was great. The rooms are attractively furnished and reasonably large, but I miss a kettle or coffee capsule machine and minibar. The underground car park, which costs 18 euros per night, was difficult to get into and was a real challenge for my parents' big 13-year-old Benz. In an emergency, the friendly receptionist was a huge help, so a big thank you again for that. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on our way from Marienbad to Berlin. We booked a double room with breakfast and paid €180. The location near the train station was a deliberate choice, as we used the parking garage there (€7/day). We liked the room and the bathroom. The ladies at reception and in the service were all very nice and accommodating. The breakfast menu is very varied. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the bread selection. Both loaves were very dry and I needed a lot of butter and toppings to eat them, and the rolls are more for a small snack. But maybe we were spoiled by the Marienbad hotel, where the bread was freshly baked every morning. Nevertheless, it was a nice stay and we would book the hotel again.

The hotel is centrally located and anyone who knows the Victor's hotel chain knows that a great hotel awaits you. This time, too, we were not disappointed. Clean and modern rooms, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the staff are very friendly. However, the underground car park is a real challenge. We have a Volvo S60 and the exit was really tricky because it is very narrow. There was a station wagon in front of us and it took about 10 minutes to get out without an accident. We won't use that next time. But that is the only criticism.
