Gutes Tagungshotel.
Gute Anbindung ob zu Fuß oder per Fahrzeug in die Innenstadt, nach Leutzsch oder Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Zoo.
Frühstücksraum bei voller Belegung jedoch zu klein.
Ansonsten guter Ausgangspunkt für Tage*****s.

Everything was OK; the breakfast room was very loud and there was only one coffee machine, which meant there were long waiting times.

Great value for money, quiet room at the back, breakfast delicious, but it takes time to refill and empty containers are not always recognized, some of the service at breakfast is not open, no greeting, etc., bar staff and reception very nice, room clean, except for 2 or 3 places that were forgotten to be cleaned

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!
Picture is of the tram…5-6 mins walk and approx 20 mins into centre of town every 15 minutes ish

The hotel gets worse every year. Unfriendly welcome at reception. They cut corners at breakfast, cheap pre-baked rolls. No bacon with the scrambled eggs. No more Bircher muesli. Now the sauna costs 6.-. Room furnishings are almost 30 years old and worn out.

The receptionist was not friendly, and the room missed some necessary items such as shampoo, the safe was not working, and the mini-bar was empty. Also the beds were pretty small.
On the other side, the hygiene was really good, and the breakfast had good variety of options.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately located right on a main road, so it was quite loud at night. The bar was unfortunately closed due to a lack of staff - a real shame as there is no bar nearby.
Staff always attentive and friendly. Some of the furnishings showed signs of wear, but were totally fine. The room was clean.
