The room is OK. I stayed for four days, but the room card always failed and I had to go to the front desk to swipe it.

Naja, ein Hotel. Sehr harte Matratze, aber alles sauber. War OK. Leider etwas stur was die gewünschte Umbuchung anging. Zum Laden des Smartphones über Nacht habe ich dann eine Verlängerungsleitung bekommen. Deren elektrische Prüfung wäre 2014 fällig gewesen. Naja, was sind schon 10 Jahre. Das Sofa war völlig durchgesessen, die Ledersessel sahen hochgradig unangenehm aus. Hab ich besser nicht benutzt. Aber ich war ja auch zum Schlafen dort, nicht zum Rumsitzen. Die Toilette sehr eng, ich konnte nur schräg drauf sitzen, die Dusche in einer Badewanne. Nicht unbedingt business-like. Und das war das Superior-Zimmer! Kaffee gabs in Kapseln, zum Wegwerfen bitte. Kein (sichtbares) Recycling. Bei der abschließenden Umfrage hieß es: was fanden Sie besondes gut?. Nicht, was fanden Sie besonders schlecht? Das interessiert dann eher doch nicht.

friendly, good location, underground parking included, will come again, decent rooms, gym is unfortunately lagging behind, has hardly any equipment, what little there is is insufficient.

The room was clean, spacious and in a quiet location. Although early check-in was advertised, we were not given this. We were told at reception that check-in was only possible from 3 p.m. Unfortunately, the restaurant (buffet) offers a lot of ready-made products and the service staff seem overwhelmed.

In this category you expect to at least sleep well. The beds were hard, the duvet heavy and the pillows very small. There was no power outlet near the bed. The bathroom was furnished in keeping with the age of the hotel and was no longer up to date. When checking out, there was only one member of staff in constant conversation with a guest and he had to answer the phone. The choice between a la carte or buffet was not an option because of the 3 snack dishes on the daily menu. So as a guest you had to pay almost €30 for the buffet or eat a currywurst for dinner...

The underground car park has direct access to the reception. The descriptions of the conference rooms were easy to understand - especially the seating options. It was very warm in all the rooms. In the bar, not all the tables were clean, even though there were hardly any guests. The breakfast was varied and fresh.

Good trade fair hotel, exhibition grounds within walking distance, friendly and courteous staff, excellent bar, what is bad is that there are not enough parking spaces in front of the hotel and you only have the option of using the underground car park for €10 per car. This should be remedied. Otherwise, top! Will book it again!

The only thing that really bothered me was the noise of the air conditioning, which is probably mounted in the false ceiling. It sounds like small explosive charges are going off in series. Otherwise: cleanliness was acceptable, breakfast was great, great location for trade fair visitors and good value for money.
