A great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated.
We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

very downtown in the middle of the main shopping area. Has free coffee and tea 24/7. Very friendly staff, helpful & polite. Rooms are fairly small but clean and totally fine for a couple of days when you’re coming for business etc. Interior design not really my taste but that’s subjective.

Nice hotel in a convenient area of Leipzig. There are some strange design choices, but the room was big and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I didn't try the breakfast. Also goes by the name Arthotel ANA Symphonie.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok und auch der Service im generellen stimmt. Guter Schlafkomfort. Einziges Manko für Autofahrer: Parkplatz oder auch ein Parkhaus ist ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.

Das Hotel kommt zunächst von außen eher unscheinbar daher. Direkt und absolut zentral zum Marktplatz (3 Gehminuten) gelegen, überrascht bereits der Eingangsbereich mit freundlichen Farben und einem stylischen Ambiente.. Die große, bodentiefe Fensterfront mit den loungeähnlichen Sitzgelegenheiten lädt bereits bei der Ankunft zur Entspannung und Ruhe ein. Der Check In dauerte bei vorheriger Online Reservierung ca. 5 min. Das Zimmer war für 4 Pers. (2 Erw., 2 Kinder, 3 und 5 Jahre) sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Kinder wurden übrigens wegen des Alters nicht mit berechnet! Im Zimmer war wieder die große Fensterfront sehr präsent. Das Mobiliar war sehr modern und mit warmen Farben gestaltet. Trotz der Lage zur Fußgängerzone ist die Isolierung hervorragend. Das Badezimmer mit der ebenerdigen Dusche verfügt ebenfalls über ein gutes Platzangebot mit überraschend breiten Ablageflächen. Handtücher waren in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Das zimmereigene W-LAN funktionierte leider nicht. Aber der freundliche Mitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit und er konnte sofort Abhilfe schaffen. Im Foyer war eine Kaffemaschine, die sowohl Café Creme als auch Latte, Cappuccino, Kakao (mit Milch) und Tee zubereitet vorhanden und konnte ganztägig kostenfrei genutzt werden! Das Frühstücks Buffet bietet für jeden Geschmack die richtigen Zutaten. Ob herzhaft (Rührei, Bacon, Würstchen) oder süß (versch. Marmeladen, Croissants, Müsli, Früchte, Brezel..).. Alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Betreuung wird von 2 MitarbeiterInnen gewährleistet. Zwischendurch wird bei Bedarf der Tisch freigeräumt.. Eine kleine Übersicht zu etwaigen Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch kulturellen Events (das Hotel nennt sich ja auch Art Hotel) wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Bei unserem garantiert nächsten Besuch in Leipzig werden wir uns sehr gerne wieder für das Hotel entscheiden, sofern dann auch freie Kapazitäten vorhanden sind. ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!
