Zuerst das Gute: die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt Suiten für Familien. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay solange man nicht zu spät dran ist. . ABER... Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße, und wegen der lauten Musik aus der hoteleigenen Bar, war an Schlaf bis Mitternacht nicht zu denken. Als wir beim Frühstück nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten, wurden wir vertröstet. Es hat sich niemand bei uns gemeldet, sodass wir auch die zweite Nacht wachlagen. Überhaupt scheint es hier kein Personal zu geben : die Rezeption ist nie besetzt, die Gäste bekommen vom Barpersonal einen Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt, und das war's. Die Fenster wurden wohl seit Ewigkeiten nicht geputzt, und an unserem Frühstückstisch in der Ecke der Bar haben sich die Spinnweben breitgemacht. Alles in allem: schöner Schein ohne Substanz oder Service. Hotel kann man das eigentlich nicht nennen. Die guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Wir wollten aus Anlass des Reinhard Mey Konzertes für Freunde ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchen. Die Kommunikation war super. Jede Anfrage wurde sofort beantwortet.Auf alle unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Am Ende bekamen wir ein tolles Paket für 4 Tage , was wir fix buchten. Plötzlich wurde dann unerwartet das Konzert abgesagt. Wir konnten problemlos und sogar vollkommen kostenlos stornieren. Wenn Reinhard Mey nun endlich im nächsten Jahr nach Leipzig kommt, werden wir auf alle Fälle wieder hier buchen.
