Very disappointed to arrive at the property and there was no food or even bar service available. I booked this for my husbands birthday and had a very stressful time trying to find a place on a Sunday afternoon to have a meal. No one could accommodate us.

La atención muy bien el lugar lindisimo pero hay 2 cosas fundamentales que son un fallo 1-EL INTERNET NO EXISTE, IMPOSIBLE NONECTARTE NI EN LA HABITACIÓN NI EN LA RECEPCIÓN. 2- EL ELEVADOR NO FUNCIONA, NO HAY QUIEN TE CARGUE LAS MALETAS ASÍ ES QUE HAY QUE NOS TOCÓ SUBIR Y BAJAR EL EAYIPAJE NOSOTROS SOLOS DURANTE NUESTRA ESTADÍA.
Me encantó el lugar pero para las personas que a pesar de estar de vacaciones necesitan hacer trabajos remotos no es el lugar.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. El edificio es precioso y se encuentra cerca de varias termas en coche. Agradecer especialmente a todo el personal que ha sido muy amable y atento. Incluso me han proporcionado alimentos sin gluten al avisarles de que no podía consumirlo, y nos han hecho recomendaciones de lugares y actividades.

El hotel está muy bien y el personal es muy amable. Por su ubicación está genial para desconectar y pasar unos días de relax, además, sus claustros invitan a la introspección. El desayuno buffet está muy completo. Lo recomendaré.

El personal excelente: amable, hospitalario. Las habitaciones grandes pero escasamente amuebladas, faltan sillones o butacas y mesitas. Zonas comunes casi inexistentes. Habitaciones algo oscuras. Deficiente mantenimiento: luces fundidas, arañazos aquí y allá, ventanas que no cierran bien, baños justitos. Problema de coincidir con bodas o celebraciones. Desayuno buffet bastante bueno. En general el monumento es espectacular, el hotel operado bajo mínimos, en modo ahorro. En estas condiciones, solo se puede felicitar y solidarizarse con el personal, la empresa no ayuda demasiado a su labor.

Decepcionante, esperaba mucho mas. No se por donde empezar. La habitacion doble no tiene la decoracion de las fotos, esa te dicen es “la triple”. Insonorizacion casi nula, se oye hablar y andar a los de al lado. El aire acondicionado no enfria, solo hace ruido. Y si pides cambio de habitacion te dicen la Mentira de que estan completos, cuando se puede reservar para esa noche facilmente. Hotel casi sin personal, se encuentra uno como abandonado. Y te hacen pagar la totalidad de la estancia al llegar, no sea que salgas corriendo despues de una noche. Y eso sin contar que el restaurante esta cerrado domingos y lunes noche. La piscina muy pequeña. En fin, mal. No se de donde sacan las valoraciones que escriben aqui. Una verguenza para Eurostars.

Un lugar para recomendar, sin duda alguna: paisaje idílico, personal muy amable, desayuno fantástico con variedad de productos y calidad y el tamaño de la habitación genial, al igual que la cama, que era comodísima.

Excelente ubicación para visitar Galicia entera puesto que todas las provincias están cerca y tienen buena conexión. El trato ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido, sobre todo de Cándido que es encantador. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y bien en decoración. Volveremos seguro para alojarnos allí y hacer la ruta de los vinos de ribeiro.
