The lobby is cozy and the room is okay. Not many choices for breakfast. But I was scratched by the shower head when I took off it from the wall to warm up the water. I didn’t expect there was a sharp edge on it.

This hotel is part of a large hotel chain and you get ‘the standard’ Scandinavian experience here - this is a positive point. Our room was large and well decorated and maintained to a high standard. In addition, there was a sofa (bed) in the room. Breakfast was excellent with the full range of food offer. Our only negative was the hotel being used by coach parties meaning breakfast can be hectic as everyone tries to get through in time for their scheduled departure. We could not get the tv in our room to work.

The hotel would also be nice and clean and the staff is very welcoming and kind. The breakfast buffet is abundant and very varied. It is also possible to have dinner in the hotel: the cuisine is excellent and the chef is really very good and also kind and helpful! The problem with this hotel is the organisation: for two nights in a row there was no hot water and we were unable to take a shower! I understand that the hotel was fully booked and I also understand that the cold and rain could invite new arrivals to take a hot shower, but I find it unacceptable that this happens to the detriment of other customers of the same hotel! And when we were able to use the showers we discovered that there was no hairdryer in the room: we had to go and request it at reception. The other organizational problem concerned breakfast: due to the arrival of a large group of organized trips, the breakfast room was packed and it was not possible to sit down for a certain period of time: it was necessary to find a solution " of luck"...
