Despite the ongoing renovation, the Holiday Express Leland was fully operational. Louise and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were not inconvenienced in any way. Breakfast was varied, fresh and plentiful, and our room was clean, updated and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Room was well cleaned, and front desk was very helpful and generous. Miss Jennifer directed me directly to my room from the elevator to were there was no way of getting lost . Highly appreciated hospitality and had a great attitude. Thank you.

I arrived to find a room with modern amenities and a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The staff were all courteous and helpful with food reviews and recommendations. I can't say enough positives about this hotel from signing in to leaving everyone and everything was exceptional. It has been a long time since I have seen such great customer service and friendliness. We encountered 5 different front desk personnel during our stay and each one was fantastic. The rooms have been updated they were clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they had different foods each day rather than the same, like other hotels. They had a large variety to choose from, both hot and cold. In the lobby was 24-hour coffee. I could give this more stars I would. This is where I will stay the next time I am in the area.

I am here for my father's funeral and decided to stay here because it offered and indoor pool for my children to use while I was attending the viewing I can understand. I chose to get the hotel anyway but before 6am I was awakened by loud music and voices. I know the front desk can hear it if i can because its right down the hallway I can and they havent done anything about it. I understand it's a hotel and it will be noise but there should be rules against this type of noise at this hour not everyone is in town on vacation

Our room could’ve been clean a little bit more. The remote was under the AC and no one knew that, also tea and coffee stains were on and around the microwave and I didn’t see that until last day when checking out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The room was up-to-date and spacious.
