Booked on 23:15 for that night. While they close their doors at 23:00… Called them and no one of their staff could come do open to door for me. Yes, have had thought about that I would need to call people from the north of The Netherlands to pick me up and sleep at home. While I had a business meeting next day. After a lot of calling could sleep in another hotel in the city.
Pretty bad yeah, it’s gets worse. They didn’t even cancel my booking. I don’t even got the money back

Alors à notre arrivée, on s’aperçoit que le lit extra n’a pas été fait. La couette sentait l’urine. Il a fallu attendre 2 heures et après plainte de notre part pour qu’ils daignent venir. Sachant qu’on est arrivé à 21 heures. La dame de la réception se fâche sur mon mari qui ne parle pas Anglais, et lui dit, ici c’est où Anglais ou Néerlandais! La propreté reste médiocre. Moisissures dans la rainure du verre de douche. Les gels douches dans la salle de bain étaient pratiquement vides. Pas de frigo dans la chambre. J’avais de l’insuline à mettre au frais! Au matin je me fais un café et là je vois que le bac du Nespresso n’a pas été vidé. Le bar est fermé à 22 heures. Un vendredi c’est court. Plus de glaçons au bar après qu’on ait commandé un Gin! 😦 Je termine sur un point positif, bon déjeuner.

Lovely and convenient hotel. We went here to stay the night for a party in Lelystad. Very kind staff. The suite was nicely decorated with a balcony. I really liked the breakfast time, from 07:00 to 11:00, which is great for someone who likes to snooze in the morning (normally I miss the breakfast). Also great is that the check-out time is till 12:00. This gave us some time to play some games and pingpong after breakfast. Location is also very convenient.

Wat een fijn hotel is dit! Ik heb er nu een paar keer geslapen en het stelt niet teleur: heerlijk ruime en sfeervolle kamers met zachte bedden en een top ontbijt. De ontbijt tijden zijn lekker ruim en de uitchecktijd niet te vroeg. De medewerkers zijn ook erg vriendelijk. Extra leuk zijn de beschikbare spelletjes en pingpong tafel.
