Our favorite place to spend a night transit for our journey to Bali.
Cleanliness can be better. Deluxe room is more spacious compare to their standard room, bfast is decent. Overall always a pleasant quick stay

Cleanliness is good. Complete amenities. Unfortunately I got a room where the door was difficult to open & jammed. Some of the lights in the room were also off. There are not many TV channels & often no signal. Wifi okay. Swimming pool okay. It's a bit unclear whether the cafe is open or not, but you can still order food. The food could be further improved.

The environment is okay and it is a relatively clean hotel in Surabaya. But there is no hot water in the room and the swimming pool is quite dirty.
