維特從登記到退房只花了兩個小時的時間。房間跟我們在網上看到的相差很大。熱水供應很差,幫助熱線也不能用,我們不得不搬到了隔壁的房間。酒店四周的環境很臟。溫泉水療服務也無法享用,保安告訴我們說溫泉水療處的工作人員都已經回家了,前台工作人員卻告訴我們他們現在在工作呢。我們想,幹嘛非得在這裏住呀?這裏不是我們所期待的度假村酒店。
