It only took Vette two hours from check-in to check-out. The room was very different from what we saw online. The hot water supply was poor, the helpline didn't work and we had to move to the next room. The environment around the hotel is very dirty. The hot spring spa service was also unavailable. The security guard told us that the staff at the hot spring spa had gone home, but the front desk staff told us that they were working now. We thought, why do we have to stay here? This was not the resort hotel we were expecting.

The resort has an amazing nature landscape with the lake and the trees but when it comes to cleanliness the worst one ever. You have to use sandals in ur room, expect a dirty bed sheets with dirts and spots on it. The garden is not taking care with garbage everywhere.
