O Hotel tem um amplo estacionamento. Não é coberto, mas oferece muitas vagas. O café da manhã é variado e delicioso. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelas funcionárias. Ficamos num quarto triplo muito bom. O chuveiro é ótimo.

Agradável! Acredito que o Hotel precisa evoluir, mas parece ser muito novo. Sugiro atentar para os insetos … vi vários e eles incomodam… além disso, encontrei coco de lagartixa sobre o travesseiro da cama.
É bem verdade que, a atendente foi muito solicita em disponibilizar o quarto antes do horário previsto, mas não poderia de registrar o acontecimento… uma vez que passei os 4 dias preocupado se iria acontecer enquanto eu estivesse dormindo.

Em primeiro lugar não tiveram nenhuma medida de controle ao entrar no hotel, não medem temperatura, utilizam a mesma caneta sem higienizar antes ou depois. Me hospedo em hotéis de várias cidades e o único lugar em que utilizam este método foi no PRIME, pedem para aguardar que a funcionaria ira nos servir, até ai ok, mas ela serve as pessoas com a mesma luva sem tira-lá, por exemplo. Um hospede solicitou mais café, ela pegou a xicara o serviu e depois me trouxe o meu prato, ou seja poderia transmitir a mim o vírus caso o cliente estivesse contaminado. Questionei e pedi para ela me arrumar uma luva que eu me serviria, fui impedido e pedi para falar com a gerente que por sua vez estava se servindo no buffet sem luvas e a gerente simplesmente me negou uma luva e disse que não abriria uma exceção por ordem do proprietário, sai sem tomar café, pois, não me sentindo seguro. uma pena levar uma imagem negativa de um hotel que teria nota máxima se tivessem utilizando o método normal de todo o Brasil cada um se serve com a própria luva. sugiro ao proprietário que realize algumas viagens para se atualizar.

Não gostei pela falta de educação do recepcionista que fez meu check-in, pela falta de elevador e pela vista para a parede que me deram, mesmo pedindo vista para a cidade, que todos os quartos do hotel tinha vista para a parede. Para concluir, não tem wifi nos quartos, como o próprio recepcioniata disse: o wifi é horrivel!
