I would have given the hotel a 5 but the door had major air gap/sealing issues. Management is aware of the problem and is in the process of fixing.

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant and helpful all the way around. Pool area was very nicely maintained. Breakfast was good - hot and cold options. Hotel was quiet even though on a busy road. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was accommodating and friendly, room was very clean and tidy. First overnight was typical. Second night however, was a train wreck! At 1:45a we woke to the guests above our room partying and playing loud music. This continued until I contacted the front desk, who called the partying guests (all went silent while they were on the phone with management), and as soon as they hung up- the noise and partying resumed. This went on until 3:30am.

Great stay as usual. Courteous staff and clean rooms. Breakfast choices were sufficient. Maybe more cereal choices for kids.
