Fomos muito bem atendidos, desde o processo de reserva com re-agendamentos que precisávamos fazer, até durante a hospedagem. O quarto tinha uma decoração moderna associada ao rústico. Reforma em dias. Vários cuidados de usabilidade no quarto, como pegador para marcar as toalhas, cordão retrátil para estender toalhas no banheiro e etc. Enfim, tivemos uma ótima experiência.

Hotel muito charmoso mas muito impessoal. Chegamos as 13 horas depois de uma noite sem dormir e mais 6 horas de carro e só liberaram nossa entrada as 14 e30. Na saída pedimos uma tolerância de uma hora de ao menos um quarto para podermos fazer um passeio e voltar para tomar um banho antes de pegar mais 7 horas de estrada e nos foi negado.
