The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips.
One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. Although it is clean, it is really outdated.
Side note - The walls seem to be pretty thin. You will hear every single person and especially suitcase passing by.

Toll! Haben HP gebucht. Frühstück und Abendessen als Büfett, sehr vielfältig und lecker. Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preiswert. Top Lage! Hotel groß, sehr sauber, Spielplatz für Kids, man darf auch mit Hunden Urlaub machen. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen!

Der auf der Webseite erweckte Eindruck wird in der Realität leider auch nicht ansatzweise erreicht. Zimmer und übriger Innenbereich mit deutlichem Renovierungsstau. Handtücher schmutzig, Schimmel in Fliesenfugen. Einziger Pluspunkt war das Frühstücksbuffet. Die Vielzahl positiver Bewertungen macht skeptisch…

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Grundsätzlich waren die Zimmer sauber, aber sehr sehr hellhörig. Unseren Hund durften wir mitbringen und hatten auch ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Gartenzugang bekommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, der Sylvensteinspeicher ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Allerdings muss einem bewusst sein, dass es kein klassischer Badesee ist. Richtige Liegeflächen gibt es hier nicht wirklich. Der Eingang in den See ist sehr sehr steil. Zum Stand-Up Paddeln sah es allerdings ideal aus - haben wir aber nicht getestet. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war okay. Hervorzuheben ist, dass es mehrere vegane und vegetarische Gerichte gibt. Mein Mitreisender hatte eine kalte Platte bestellt - das Brot war eindeutig zu alt und zu hart. Das war der Servicekraft aber leider egal und wurde ignoriert ... wirklich schade. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, gute Auswahl, Milchalternativen und vegetarische Angebote waren wieder vorhanden - super! Insgesamt fanden wir den Preis allerdings nicht angemessen. Am Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis sollte gearbeitet werden. Auch eine Renovierung hier und da würde sicherlich nicht schaden.

The locatiin itself is great with amazing sightseeing locations within walking distance. The breakfast is one of the best I have tried in Germany. I am definitely coming back to try the nearby slopes when the winter brings in snow

Terrible place ! Dirty and smelly , very run down . We left directly - they kept the money , we didn’t care ! Nothing like the pics on the website. Staff were totally incompetent or rude . The woman on the front desk was borderline.. very offended . We should have been offended- she kept the money , delivered no service and has old photos on the we site that make you think it will be ok !

Das Hotel Jäger von Fall liegt gefühlt im Wald. Outdoor-Aktivitäten , wie wandern, Radfahren, biken usw, können von der Hoteltür aus gestarte werden. Das Hotel eignet sich sowohl für Gruppen, wie für Familien und andere. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfbereit... Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig, aber gemütlich. Sitzgruppen überall ermöglichen zu Lesen, zu Spielen oder geselliges Zusammensitzen. Das Essen ist gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Kleiner Spa mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Infrarot.
