This hotel has everything you need. The staff members are very helpful. During corona times it was not busy and they asked us when we wanted breakfast. Next to that our car was stuck related to the fresh snow. All staff members helped us get our car out. Top service guys! The rooms are maybe a bit old, but the bed sleeps comfortable, the room is big enough and the shower is good! Next to that is that the view from the room is just magnificent. You can look right to the mountains from the balcony!

Hotel situado en el encantador pueblo alpino de Lenk. Dispone de habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas con unas vistas de impresión. Todo muy limpio. El personal es extremadamente amable. Nos indicaron excursiones a unas cataratas próximas e incluso cuando nos fuimos como era domingo y las casas de cambio estaban cerradas se ofrecieron a cambiar moneda. En la reserva se incluye un desayuno bufet muy completo. Se puede aparcar al lado mismo del hotel. Su situación es inmejorable para realizar excursiones y visitar zonas de Suiza próximas. Aparte, el pueblo de Lenk es digno de ver. Muy recomendable.

Très bonne surprise, le personnel était très sympathique, le petit dejeûner était bon et les chambres étaient fonctionnelles et propres. L'hôtel est bien situé, il est au milieu du village. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci pour l'accueil !

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Parkhotel Bellevue Lenk verbracht. Unser Familienzimmer war geräumig (zwei Räume) und sauber. Das Badezimmer war gross und ebenfalls sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die beiden von uns gemeldeten Mängel im Zimmer wurden umgehend behoben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Abendessen im Hotel war gut. Leider gibt es aber keine Kindermenus. Da es sich um ein asiatisches Restaurant handelt, ist dies nicht optimal. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Das ganze Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was durchaus sichtbar ist. Das Personal ist bemüht, alles im Schuss zu halten, aber eine grosszügige Renervation würde nicht schaden. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel jederzeit zu empfehlen. WLAN-Signal war sehr gut. Familienzimmer 129 ist super zu empfehlen. Da es zur Seite raus geht, ist es auch sehr ruhig.

Meine Tochter und ich waren zum Skifahren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Die Lage, Nähe Betelbergstation ist perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der allgemeine Gästebereich mit Aufenthaltsraum, Speisesälen, Fernsehzimmer und Bar ist sehr grosszügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Helles Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Abendessen aus der hauseigenen authentischen asiatische Küche war herrlich, zuvorkommender Service. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Je ne recommanderai en aucun cas xet hôtel. La chambre double est petite avec très peu de prise électrique à disposition. Le chauffage ne marche qu'à moitié et les conduite font du bruit. Niveau salle de bain, la chasse d'eau fait un bruit du diable au moment de remplir la cuve. Il y a certe une double vasque mais la robinetterie est pleine de calcaire. La baignoire n'est pas du tout pratique, rideau trop court sur la longueur = de l'eau partout mais trop long sur la hauteur = retour de presque 15cm dans le fond de la baignoire (danger de glisser dessus et mauvais écoulement). Le pommeau de douche est rongé par le calcaire. La joints des carreaux des murs sont couverts de moisissure. Et en bonus la lumière de la salle de bain s'allume 5sec après avoir appuyé sur l'interrupteur. Certe le personnel est accueillant mais cela ne compense de loin pas la qualité médiocre voir même miteuse des chambres.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches nun im Verlauf der nächsten 2 Jahre etappenweise renoviert werden wird. Gute und faire Preise und eine sensationelle asiatische Küche am Abend - sehr empfehlenswert. Es sind die 4 asiatischen Pächter, welche selbst kochen. Sind auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit und sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
