Everything was great, stuff very welcome and lots of benefits. Hotel itself it’s very nice decorated, great diversity in breakfast menu and also astonishing view.

Très bel hotel situé au fond d'une vallée dans le village de Lenk. L'accueil est vraiment digne d'un 5 étoiles et la chambre ou plutôt la suite (on a été upgradé) est vraiment magnifique. L'hotel a un coté cosy qu'on a vraiment beaucoup apprécié. Maintenant le clou du spectacle, c'est vraiment leur spa qui est superbe. La zone Wellness avec sauna, hammam,... invite à la détente et au repos. La partie restauration n'est pas en reste et le buffet petit déjeuner pousse à l'excès. C'est notre deuxième séjour au Lenkerhof et on y retournera avec grand plaisir.

Je garderai cette première expérience au Lenkerhof comme une des plus belles que j’ai pu faire. Au delà de la beauté de l’hôtel, le charme du village et des montagnes qui nous entourent, le service de tout le personnel, de l’arrivée au départ était absolument parfait. J’ai également adoré la chambre qui m’a été attribuée durant mon séjour. Le restaurant gastronomique était excellent, du service à la cuisine, je n’ai que des commentaires positifs. Pour résumé, je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Pour ma part, je planifie déjà ma prochaine visite :)

Accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins, hôtel superbe et un paysage magnifique autour. Le petit déjeuner buffet est gargantuesque, les repas au restaurant Spettacolo sont un pur régal. La piscine intérieure et le spa sont parfaits, mais le top du top, c'est la piscine extérieure chauffée. Même en plein hiver, sous la neige, il fait bon être dehors à admirer les montagnes.

Top of Europe ! Si ce slogan n’était pas déjà pris il conviendrait parfaitement au Lenkerhof. Clients depuis 7 ans, on arrive encore à se faire surprendre par la qualité de l’accueil et l’attention portée pendant tout le séjour. Champagne et dégustation offerte pour marquer un anniversaire. Merci à Milan (et Jimmy) pour le temps consacré et le bon conseil du vin (magnifique Goru). Toute l’équipe est au top, les équipements et le spa nous font oublier le quotidien, bref endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. On reviendra pour l’été c’est certain ! Merci !

D'abord le positif: cuisine extraordinaire, vaut le détour. Par contre, très généralement: service vraiment médiocre (réception, restaurant, bar), personnel mal instruit (!), ne maîtrise souvent pas les langues les plus importantes etc. Et puis: prix exagérés. A ces prix-là, il y a pas de mal de choses qui manquent pour être un véritable 5+ étoiles.

At first glance, from the outside the hotel seems a little "old" but once through the door, you find yourself in a very warm place. The staff at the reception are nothing but smiles. You are welcomed! The rooms (mountain view) are large and all with a balcony. Access to the SPA / indoor/outdoor swimming pools. is done in a bathrobe. There are numerous saunas and relaxation areas. It’s very pleasant before or after a great day of skiing. Access to the cabins is right in front of the hotel. Access to the slopes which reach Adelboden, 5 minutes by car. This hotel is a haven of peace. The staff is incredibly kind and cheerful. As for the kitchen, what can I say? it’s simply delicious. The Spettacolo restaurant offers “gastro” dishes but in a casual mode! you have the choice to take the number of dishes that suits you. The portions are perfect. The menu changes every day. They cook the fish to perfection. They have the most beautiful cheese buffet we have seen with at least 40 kinds. It is magic. In the morning the breakfast buffet is perfect - Swiss German! with lots of choice. Very good and beautiful energies emerge from this place. We loved everything and we will come back.
