This is a time share/hotel type. They don't serve food, but the grocery is just a few minutes away. It will be a nice room for a family of four. Clean and close to our destination.

Our stay at Oak and Spruce was nice. The space is enormous and rooms are very spacious. There is plenty to do and the hotel keeps you well entertained with a plethora more of family friendly activities including a movie theater with kid appropriate movies. The pools were great. I only gave our stay a three star rating because the rooms are very outdated and almost every day I was killing some sort of insect. Upon our arrival, I discovered many areas of the kitchen that were not cleaned properly. Cleanliness throughout needs improvement. For example, the corners looked like they haven’t been cleaned for a while and bugs were clinging on to cobwebs-see pictures. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable as well so we did not sleep well. Other than that, it’s truly a nice getaway and outlets are nearby!

The unit in the presidential building was spacious, and we loved the floor plan. The resort's location offered easy access to many fun attractions. Dining opportunities were plentiful in the area. The beds were very comfortable, and check-in was prompt and courteous. Our balcony overlooked a tennis court, and there was a small pool next to the building. However, our first impression of the unit left much to be desired. It smelled musty, as if it hadn't been used for a while. Many windows were inundated with flies, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. We had to vacuum out all the flies and sweep the kitchen floor ourselves. Additionally, we had to clean the balcony furniture, which was very dirty with food stains and general grime. While the unit was great, it needed some TLC from us before we felt comfortable. Would return!

Check in went very smoothly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our unit was a 2 bedroom and very clean. The pool inside and out is heated and very nice. We had a great time playing miniature golf. We brought charcoal with us so we coud have a barbeque outside. They have an area for each unit for the barbeques with picnic tables. The resort is very close to shopping and restaurants.

Second time back, rooms are a bit dated but the amount of space you get is unmatched. Tons to do for the kids. We had a wonderful stay and will be back

The people were amazing. A great place for family with children. I wish I knew about this place when my kiddos were little.
Only comment is that the cafe is terrible. Great people, kind, thoughtful but the food needs improvement.
