Zimmer: Seid vorsichtig, in diesen Zimmern geht schnell was kaputt, und dann könnt Ihr euch auf saftige Rechnung gefasst machen die bei möglichst teuren Firmen erstellt wird. Das Zimmer generell ist altbacken und aus dem Bad kommen immer komische Geräusche die dir den Schlaf rauben. Service: Die Leute die an der Bar arbeiten sind unfreundlich. Kein Verständnis für nichts, einfach typische unfreundliche bünzlis wies im Buche steht. Vorallem die eine ältere Frau die denkt, dass sie die Bürgermeisterin von Lenzburg ist. Der eine junge Mann ist der einzige korrekte im Bunde. Standort: Sau lärm der von der Strasse kommt. Fazit: Nie mehr wieder

Es war okay, als Sie unseren kleinen Hund Zwergspitz wo im Korb war sahen, schlug die Freundlichkeit um, musste noch extra 10 Franken bezahlen weg dem anscheinend höheren Reinigungsaufwand, verstehe ich nicht nur ???

This was a cute place for my stay in Switzerland. There were basically no american tourists during my stay so it gave an authentic feel as opposed to staying in zurich. Staff spoke several languages which was helpful. There was free breakfast and a terrace at the hotel. The hotel also felt affordable compared to other in the area. Train was about a 20 minute walk, there are shops in the area, italian place behind the hotel is very good. I ate at the hotel garden restaurant one day, it was very nice. I just had a little trouble figuring out how to enter since, the hotel route looked like it was meant for staff. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing, more signage might help.

Hôtel bien situé, mais ma chambre était très bruyante donnant sur la route avec en plus un drôle de bruit chaque fois que l’eau coulait… C’est très désagréable… J’ai eu l’impression que en tant que personne voyageant seule, on a profité de me refiler cette chambre… Par contre le personnel est très accueillant et compétant et le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Good breakfast. Very close to Schloss Lenzburg with also a great parking space across from the hotel. I would definitely recommend. The receptionist Flavia provided us with free sparkling water, very friendly!

Gut zu erreichendes Hotel in Lenzburg. Wir waren in der Lodge, welche mit kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks in der Lobby aufwartet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Auch der Check-in / -out Prozess war reibungslos. Nur 4 Sterne da die Zimmer, trotz offenen Fenstern, sehr heiss waren und die Strasse ziemlich laut ist.
