Meine Frau und ich waren übers Wochenende (2Ü) im Hotel Leonhard. Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus. Hier hat alles gepasst. Die Juniorsuite ist geräumig, gemütlich und sehr, sehr sauber. In den Betten haben wir traumhaft geschlafen. Das Essen war vom Feinsten, der Service ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch hier ist Sauberkeit oberstes Gebot. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und werden sicher noch öfter kommen.

meine Freundin und ich waren für einen Kurztrip - 2 Nächte - im Leonhard. Das Hotel liegt am Ortsende ca. 500 m von der Asitzbahn entfernt. Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer - Juniorsuite - war geräumig, sehr sauber und relativ neu, auch das Bad. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und alles sehr frisch. Die Rühreier und Omelette wurden noch mit frischen Eiern zubereitet, was leider auch in teureren Hotels nicht immer der Fall ist. Das Abendessen hat 4 Gänge, 3 verschiedene Hauptgänge - Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisch - und 2 Nachspeisen zur Auswahl. Das Essen war sehr gut und kam heiß auf den Tisch. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Getränkepreise sind dem Standard des Hotels angemessen. Das Leitungs- bzw. Quellwasser wird kostenlos serviert. Auch das ist in vielen Hotels dieser Preisklasse nicht üblich. Der Wellnessbereich hat ein Schwimmbad, 3 verschiedene Innensaunen und eine Panoramasauna mit tollem Bergblick. Da will man gar nicht mehr raus. Alles ist sehr sauber. Diverse Massage und Wellnessangebote gibt es gegen Bezahlung. Die Preise sind angemessen. Mit der Gästekarte darf man pro Tag 2 x mit der Asitzbahn rauf und runter fahren. Die Parkplätze und Carports sind kostenlos!!

Great traditional hotel- huge rooms, and great facilities- pool, SPA etc. We stayed in a huge family room with upper floor, 2 bathrooms, terrace and living room. Everything is clean and well maintained. Basic price includes full board, and it’s a good choice, since there aren’t many dining options around. Breakfast is good, dinner-o.k. It’s a large hotel, old fashioned dinner, all are with great service. Location- very convenient- on the main road, but quite. Endless attractions near by. Overall- definitely recommended.

Kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very average, you can notice that the rooms and all the amenities are not very modern. The whole hotel would need a renovation in my opinion. The breakfast was quite good and the rooms large. However, the room got very hot and there was no air-condition. In the bathroom it always smelled like cigarette smoke. I would not recommend coming here and I would definitely not come again. There are numerous other hotels in the vicinity that seem more modern, that we saw during our walks through the town. If the hotel would cost less and would advertise as a 3-star hotel, it would be fine.

Aufgrund unserer positiven Erfahrungen haben wir uns dieses Hotel erneut zur Übernachtung ausgesucht. Unser Zimmer war ok, sehr geräumig mit Balkon. Was sich allerdings zum Nachteil entwickelt hat, ist der Restaurantbetrieb. In der Vergangenheit gab es eine Speisekarte, nicht sehr üppig, aber doch mit einer ausreichenden Auswahl an Gerichten. Jetzt nur noch ein Menü nach Vorgabe der Küche, was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Alternativ wurde uns dann ein Schnitzel nach Wiener Art angeboten, was wir dann auch genommen haben. Allerdings war dieses nicht wirklich ein Highlight. Der Service im Außenbereich kam endlich durch Nachfrage meiner Frau an der Rezeption in die Gänge. Andererseits hätten wir wahrscheinlich lange auf eine Bedienung warten können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nicht wieder.
