Terrible service, the hotel did not have hot water in a city that is cold, the receptionists had terrible service, making faces; I asked to speak to the manager and anyway, he didn't solve anything and the only thing he could say was “well, if you don't mind, if not I'll cancel your reservation” 🙄

We have stayed at this hotel for a few years. The hotel is located at an excellent location. There are a few suggestions to improve the service. Full service elevators were not working. Only one elevator was working for a couple of days. Then, the other elevator stopped working. Options available were the stairs and the service elevator. No phones were available in the rooms. The air conditioner was blowing air like a regular fan. Update furniture in the restaurant. The breakfast was great. It never disappoints.

Pues meto toco la mala fortuna de llegar y no tenían disponible el elevador, teníamos que usar el de servicio y se tardaba hasta 20 minutos para poder bajar, no contar con personal de mantenimiento o tener un plan para estos eventos mejor estructurado para a tacar el problema, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, para mi estos dos conceptos antes mencionados son importantes ya que estaba en 10 piso y si fue una mala experiencia, de lo demas muy bien.
