El hotel esta muy bien. Lo único malo es que habla mucho ruido en la madruga debido a que se escuchaba todos los sonidos que los otros huéspedes hacina al llegar a sus habitaciones.

El lobby del hotel está recién remodelado sin embargo los cuartos no. Están viejos, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, las colchas están sucias. Los empleados muy amables y no tuvieron inconveniente en cambiarnos al notar que el Aire no servía. Hay 3 pisos y no tiene elevador

Encontramos muchas cosas negativas, nos toco en el piso de arriba y no prendian las luces del pasillo a tiempo y estaba super oscuro, en la habitación una de las lámparas junto a la cama no predia, en el baño el agua no se iba bien en la taza, ademas de que no habia agua caliente para bañ**** un dia en la noche. El desayuno que ofrecen es terrible, lo único decente es la fruta. Jugos artificiales, el pan son mantecadas bimbo, unos sandwiches resecos y el café espantoso, mejor cobren mas y den un desayuno decente.

Le falta mantenimiento, el personal en general tiene poco tacto, nos negaron una cuna, después de insistir nos la llevaron, la tv no funcionó adecuadamente.
Nos tardamos unos minutos en salir de nuestra habitación después de la hora de salida y nos quisieron cobrar medio día más, hay muchas cosas que mejorar en limpieza, servicio y amenidades.
