Tuvimos una pésima experiencia, por la madrugada los tipos hospedados en el cuarto de aún lado intentaron entrar a nuestro cuarto forzando la chapa, GAD no lo lograron. Llámanos a recepción por casi una hora y nunca contestaron. La pasamos súper mal, por la mañana fuimos a recepción y les hicimos mención y dijeron que no podían hacer nada.

Fue buena la habitación; solo en una que rente después no tenía aire acondicionado, el servicio en general muy bueno, el desayuno demasiado picoso los chilaquiles, muy atentos todo muy limpió, ha y hace mucho ruido el aire acondicionado truena, pero en general 8/10.

Es una opción regular, para presupuestos limitados, sin embargo su ubicación cercana al templo expiatorio y al centro, lo hacen una muy buena opción. El hotel necesita mantenimiento, ya que en algunas habitaciones las llaves se encuentran o******s y algunas no funcionan adecuadamente, los escritorios maltratados, igual el piso laminado algunas partes maltratadas.

Las fotos y descripción que ofrecen del hotel son mentira. Las paredes del cuarto y baño llenas de humedad. Te lo venden con wifi pero jamás sirve y te dicen es cosa del proveedor. La tv con canales nacionales no funciona, se congela la imagen una y otra vez. El agua en la regadera apenas y sale. No cuentan con desayuno incluido, tienen cocina para que guardes tus cosas y listo! Muy decepcionante! Siento que me robaron dinero!

Las condiciones actuales del Hotel no son como lo muestran en fotos, tienen muchos problemas de humedad en toda la habitación y en la regadera tienen bastante sarro lo que indica un mal mantenimiento.
Lo peor fue las condiciones de limpieza de la cama, sabanas sucias, percudidas y manchadas.
El personal de recepcion fue cortes
Nunca regresaria al Hotel.
