Заселились в гостиницу 29.07.23г Хочется пожелать хозяину поменять матрацы они у вас в ужаснейшем состоянии пружины лезут в спину спать тяжко,отремонтируйте сауну все не работает,беседки привежите в порядок,в басейн поставьте фильтры так как эти не тянут.Это ваш минус так как с этого места в сезон вы просто имеете деньги! Вид конечно с возвышености этого места прекрасен это плюс.Терасса нижняя уже не существует ,столиков и газона нет..А вот на фото вашей гостиницы есть..Займитесь местом,рядом оказались приетнее гостиницы например как Маленькая Италия даже цена ниже вашей,примите к сведенью. Что спасает ваш бизнес так это очень приятный персонал тут не одной претензии просто молодцы.

Бронирование было сделано на отставке за 3 месяца. По приезду сказали что отменили бронирование отменено т.к. оно на один день. С нижу скриншоты что пронирование не отменено. Пришлось заехать в соседний отель по нему напишу отдельный хороший отзыв
