Small "beds", 4 adults crammed into rooms, could be companies fault however there are obvious flaws throughout the room. Bathroom is to a high standard but that's it, no grip in the bath/shower and no handrails, even for a 25y/o this was difficult. Seperate toilet is small, barely enough room to turn around in. Kitchenette can only accommodate 1 person however is otherwise acceptable. Beds- 2 single beds that aren't even the right size. No pillows, only sofa cushions that are massive and solid, take up 1/4 of the bed. Blankets and no duvets. Expected to bring a towel but not a whole suite of linen and hand towels. When I asked reception about toilet roll I might as well have insulted her with the look of disgust. Doesn't help that all shops nearby need a second mortgage to purchase every day essentials, to be expected in a ski resort but not when you have to buy everything again. Ski lockers are small, especially when you expect to get all 4 skis in for a 4 man room. No boot drying facilities, makes it harder when there is 1 radiator and 1 towel rail in the "apartments". Only good thing is the proximity to the slopes. Not quite ski in ski out, but close enough to it. WiFi is almost impossible to connect to in certain rooms, could easily install some repeaters. And you're still paying per day /week for it.
