Hotel Manager extremely rude , my worst experience after 30 years in hospitality. When I requested to meet her she came out and said she had TWO minutes for me and the she would only be available four hours later ( her words after 5pm ) Really destroyed our group of fours stay will never be back . A very disturbing experience from a manager who told me she had been in the hotel industry for 15 years . The WIFI in the room was extremely poor and we were told that there were lot of guests using the WIFI . We had met many guest who complained about the WIFI but receptionist said it was only us . There are many hotels with warm , welcoming reception where we have stayed before in the Valley . Wishing you the best of luck ,

Quelle magnifique découverte !!! Nous avons rarement vu un hôtel où le personnel et je dis bien TOUS le personnel est aussi attentionné et professionnel. Les chambres sont très confortables, très propres, avec une literie au top (excellent pour récupérer après une journée de ski). Le restaurant gourmet est un régal avec des plats très variés avec toujours la possibilité de changer un plat si celui du menu du jour ne nous plait pas (Bravo au chef et à sa brigade). Sans oublier le salon bar où boire un verre le soir est un moment de détente très agréable, assis près du feu qui nous réchauffe autant que les chansons magnifiquement interprétées par Cyrielle et Germain. Un grand merci à vous deux pour vos concerts du vendredi soir que nous avons eu la chance de voir deux fois. Il nous tarde déjà d’être à l’année prochaine…

Qualité des lieux, qualité de l'accueil tout au long du séjour, et emplacement idéal dans une station parfaitement placée au coeur des 3 vallées. Nous n'avons pas expérimenté la partie restauration cette année, préférant déjeuner sur les pistes et prendre un cocktail au bar le soir. Que du bonheur, à refaire !

Hôtel super bien positionné au pied des pistes et avec un personnel charmant. Le bâtiment est par contre quelque peu vieux et pourrait utilement faire l'objet d'une rénovation, même si tout est fonctionnel et propre. Plutôt une question d'esthétique donc.

This hotel is amazingly located and the staff are fabulous. We have stayed here 4 times now. Breakfast is excellent. A few more children options for dinner would be our only added suggestion. We will be back!

A la hauteur de sa réputation, Le chalet ALPEN RUITOR nous a permis de passer un séjour fabuleux au pied des pistes. Les personnels sont attentifs et serviables. Dans un décor typique, autour de la cheminée, les nombreux canapés du salon, cosy et chaleureux, permettent de se détendre. Un goûter y est proposé chaque jour pour reprendre des forces après une journée de ski. Au Spa nous nous sommes accordé un moment super relaxant et des massages inoubliables. Le buffet extrêmement varié du petit déjeuner est de qualité. La chambre avec terrasse est spacieuse et confortable et elle possède une vue magnifique. On peut admirer, même du lit, les pistes et la montagne. Les deux restaurants offrent un large choix de mets savoureux et des soirées spéciales. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée du restaurant savoyard et d'une soirée spéciale Argentine. La viande était excellente. Nous avons apprécié les délicieux cocktails du bar. Nous vous conseillons vivement de vous rendre dans cet hôtel, ce n'est que du bonheur!

We had a great ski holiday here with friends. Very friendly Staff, dressed in traditional Savoie clothing. Spacious rooms, ours had a balcony and direct view of the ski slopes.Would love to stay here again
