À l’arrivée notre chambre dite de luxe ne comportait qu’un placard de 60 cm, le coffre fort installé au niveau du plancher, aucune prise électrique disponible pour recharger un téléphone, le wifi non sécurisé. Nous avons protesté et finalement obtenu le second jour une chambre convenable pour un hôtellerie de ce niveau : un grand placard, une (!) prise électrique disponible et des tables de nuit qui faisaient défaut dans la première chambre. Pourquoi le sous classement initial alors que nous avions réservé début d’année pour ce séjour de quatre nuits en mai? Pas d’explication ni d’excuses. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une jolie serre mais il est indigent : peu fourni, même pas au niveau d’un hôtel trois étoiles classique. Un prix très élevé ( 30€) et un supplément demandé pour un œuf, une omelette ou des fraises …. En chambre, un peignoir sur les deux de la taille d’un enfant, draps jamais changés sur les cinq jours, une porte d’accès à la terrasse qui ne se bloque qu’avec un cylindre d’acier à coincer dans entre partie fixe et porte..Au total malgré la beauté du site et des jardins un hôtel prétentieux mais mesquin, des prix parfois aberrants ( un whisky plus que symbolique mais à 38 € ! ) . Heureusement que le golf et le personnel qui le gère : shop, caddy master sont tout à fait parfaits et sauvent un séjour que nous ne renouvellerons pas.

We spent a great weekend with our family. Excellent location with very helpful staff. Golf is great and not very busy. Great food, kids club, pool and SPA area.

Très bel hôtel, bien décoré dans tous les espaces (chambres, bar, restaurants...) au sein d'un très beau domaine avec golf. Service attentionné et professionnel. Très jolie verrière pour le petit-déjeuner, buffet varié et de qualité. Très appréciable d'avoir accès aux installations du spa (piscine, hammam...) sans foule ! Grande terrasse autour de la piscine extérieure, malheureusement non chauffée donc frisquette début mai :)

Magnifique hôtel très luxueux mais malgré tout on se sent comme chez soi grâce a un personnel très chaleureux et au petit soin. Ambiance feutrée et relaxante mais pas du tout coincée ou snob. Tout est extrêmement bien les chambres les restaurants le golf . Tout est parfait . Merci à toute l’équipe !
