The beds are absolutely heavenly. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. Bathtubs were nice and deep for soaking. Hotel has multiple dining options although times may not align to you typical dining hours. Breakfast was by far our favorite and included with the rate. Staff provided excellent service.

I had an excellent stay and I would like to thank you for everything: the warm welcome, the kindness, the attentions, the advice, the cleanliness of the lodgings, their really complete equipment, among others, and also I would like to emphasize the sympathy of each of Mr. Abdennour, Mme kafila They were very sincere, helpful and kind... The catering service was also excellent and presented a very varied choice (the food was of a very good standard and the buffet was impeccable)...

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

I was injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair. He gave me as much support as possible, such as changing rooms and responding to emergency response in the middle of the night. The hotel has a long history and is said to be where the previous king lived. Although the toilet occasionally smells a bit, after all, it is a hotel with a history, but I still like it here very much. The only thing that is not perfect is the Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The Chinese food is delicious, and the Beijing soup is delicious. However, the steak and pasta we ordered did not have sauce. We asked the waiter to give us some sauce and took two This time it was very thin soup, I don't know what it is made of, anyway, it is completely different from what we ate before. The waiter may be unhappy, and told us to go to the kitchen to make it ourselves if we are not satisfied. This has reduced the restaurant a lot of points.

Returning from a one-week stay in Dubrovnik in Croatia. Very beautiful city full of history, magnificent Adriatic Sea. Standard of living identical to France. We quickly toured the city, we made 3 day trips, Mostar and the Kravuce Falls in Bosnia-Herzegovina, cruise to the Elaphiti Islands, and finally Kotor in Monte*****. 1 tip, when you arrive at the airport for exchange, add a small amount to pay for the bus that takes you to Dubrovnik. For the rest, make your change in Dubrovnik much more interesting.
