Adequate room for one night however I wouldn't ever stay there for more than one night. Mostly because the carpet was grubby, the lights switches had finger prints and the mattress was hanging off the bed, which meant that every time I moved the sheet and mattress shifted. Fan was a bonus but I couldn't get over how dirty it was...hugely disappointing. Nobody was in reception to complain to as I arrived later in the evening and was in a rush.

Struttura discreta, senza troppo pretese ma considerando il prezzo il rapporto qualità/costo è più che buono.
Il divano letto un pó troppo scomodo.
Comodo il quartiere con Mcdonald, Domino Pizza, supermercati e anche qualche ristorante.
Plus la vicinanza alla metropolitana, linea marrone, veramente ad 1 minuto a piedi dall'albergo.
Lo consiglierei a chi non ha grosse pretese.

Sicuramente migliorabile dal punto di vista dell’arredamento ma dotato di ogni comfort, materasso morbido ma inspiegabilmente comodo, buona pulizia e la vicinanza della metro a solo un minuto e con cui si raggiunge il centro di Parigi in 20’ è impagabile. Appena fuori dallo stabile, si trovano negozi, Mc Donald, qualche altro locale, e una boulangerie dove ogni mattina si possono gustare, pane, brioches e altre prelibatezze buonissime appena sfornate.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura ci ha accolto con un caffè italiano fatto bene 😊. La struttura deve essere un po' ristrutturata ma comunque è una buona soluzione. Consiglio

Etablissement bien placé (metro à 2 pas et tous les commerces a proximité) et calme. L’appartement plutôt bien pensé : Suffisamment de rangement, assez grand et bien équipé. Seul bémol à ce sujet est la télé très mal placée (derrière l’escalier…) L’équipe est a l’écoute et très reactive. En revanche la propreté est limitée… beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, canapé sale, et aucun passage de personnel d’entretien durant les 5 jours de notre séjour. Pas de balais non plus dans le logement pour le faire soit même. Un petit coup de ménage tous les 2 jours aurait été bienvenu. Le Dernier point négatif est la clarté dans la chambre de jour comme de nuit car une grande fenêtre haute ne possède pas de rideaux. De plus elle est placée au dessus d’un lampadaire. Il ne faut donc pas être dérangé par la lumière pour dormir. Dans l’ensemble nous recommandons ce logement pour une petite famille.

The reception staff were excellent.
The apar**ent itself was clean and quite well equipped. Shower was very good and when we had an issue it was resolved quickly. Very comfortable bed. Ready for a redecoration..Not soundproofed.
The location is convenient for Metro 11 route, which is useful. Bakeries, cafés and a few eateries close by.

Super hôtel propre et cosy on s y sent bien . Le personnel est très agréable . L hôtel est très bien situé à quelque pas du métro et le parking est un vrai plus . Je recommande fortement cet hôtel nous y reviendrons avec plaisirs
