The customer service is non existent. I checked out on 6th April as of 24th April I am still waiting for my €400 deposit to be returned. On check out I was told by the receptionist it would be a few days. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Has anyone else had this problem?

Propreté moyenne dans les chambres, mais aussi à la piscine. Animations adultes prévues, tombent à l eau car plus vraiment de suivi des animateurs sur cette fin de saison !

Was a bit concerned about some of the reviews, but needn't have been. We thought the accommodation was great. Clean, warm, relatively spacious, nice balcony, kitchen had everything we needed, supermarket just up the road, and it was ski-in, ski out. Ski hire shop is in the building, which is great. Reception staff were helpful. Ski lockers were nice and big. Pool was great, went in with the boy every night after skiing (be aware it's not peaceful like the pictures, it's full of kids playing - but as one was mine, I can't really complain!). The accommodation is a little out of the main La Croisette centre - it takes 10-12 minutes to walk up the hill to get there - so if you're absolute skiing beginners you'll need to take the free bus to get there on Day 1 (which we did). Once you or your kids are confident, you can ski in and out on the blue run. I'd have no hesitation in returning.

L appartement est moderne et très agréable, au pied des pistes, même si pas au meilleur endroit pour basculer sur les 3 vallées.La piscine est un peu froide mais agréable quand même....

les équipes de Reception sont agreables et efficaces les équipes du Skiset et du Resto Partenaire "Bistrot des Cimes" sont adorables le SPA est une catastrophe: pas joli, petit, accueil plus que moyen avec un rdv massage non honoré suite à "une erreur dans l'agenda" sans vraie recherche de solutions et une facon de répondre à nous clients tres particulières "vous pourriez etre compréhensifs et agréables"...sans autre commentaire

Beau complexe. Bémol pour la literie (petit lit double) et l’insonorisation des logements. Chalet côté route très bruyant la nuit avec le passage des voitures à grande vitesse. Piscine pas assez chauffée ce qui rend le moment détente assez court. Bon restaurant.

The location is good. A supermarket near by is convenient and you can quickly get to the resort center with the bus. Unfortunately the service from the staff at reception is one of the worst we experienced for our entire visit. The check-in experience when we arrived Saturday was bad and very unwelcoming. The staff communicates badly and highly ignorant. The feeling is the staff is not even trying. A complaint we made at the first day, about a very bad smell in the room was never attended during our entire week stay, and it seems like the staff just don’t care. The room has a well equipped kitchen, but except for that you get a very basic welcome package. One example is 1 toilet paper roll for a family of 5 for a week, and that’s not the only example. Heating seems centrally controlled, and was turned off at some of the nights, and it was cold for the kids and us. If not for the location we would probably not book there. As we plan to come every year, we will look for other options at the area, which are having higher value for money, before considering booking again in this place.

En demi pension, super accueil et prestation du restaurant associé à la résidence !! On recommande, toujours une solution de menu si il ne convient pas, propre et rapide. La résidence est très bien entretenu, dommage que l’accès au retour de ski par navette ne soit pas pratique, il serait plus pratique d’accéder au local à ski directement par la résidence Sinon top !
