The staff was very helpful particularly when there were problems with our safe, air conditioning and phone in the room. Mariona (Meriwavv Borant) at the front desk was fantastic, she suggested two great hikes/walks near the hotel that were spectacular.

Contratamos el menu degustación. Cuando llegamos al hotel todavía no sabíamos en qué comedor se serviría la cena. Empieza la cena y nos preguntan si somos los del menú degustación. No nos explican nada y empiezan a traer platos sin darnos ningún tipo de detalle. Los platos llegan a toda velocidad. No nos ofrecen agua, la solicitamos. Hay platos de carne y pescado y no cambian los cubiertos, lo cual solicitamos y la respuesta es que da igual. El colmo es cuando llegan los postres, llegan los dos a la vez. Uno de los postres es un helado que llega deshecho y acaba líquido. No podemos comerlos tan deprisa. A mitad de cena empiezan a montar las mesas del desayuno y prácticamente nos invitan a irnos. Hemos cenado dos entrantes tres principales y dos postres en una hora y diez minutos. Ha sido todo pésimo, incluida la calidad y la presentación de los platos.

MARAVILLOSO. Éste hotel es un remanso de paz a pesar de ser Agosto. Vistas de ensueño. Está junto a un río en el q te puedes bañar. Ideal para paseos relajantes y actividades como montar a caballo, rafting... Personal muy amable. Volveremos. muy.muymuagradable.

Just returned from 3 nights here for the Día de España puente. It’s a lovely find, 20 mins from Espot and the entrance to the national park. It was very busy most nights but the hotel coped well. The only downside was Covid restrictions limited access to the Spa, and we couldn’t find a good time for us. The room was a “confort” with enough space for the huge double bed and an additional bed for our son. Beds were very confortable, the room very quiet. Shower pressure was amazing and the hotel went all out on breakfast. The best I’ve had in a hotel this year. We were even treated to an earthquake…a 3.8 on the Richter scale. I can’t recommend this enough. We ate each night in the restaurant with a great choice of menu and wines, all at very reasonable prices. If you’re heading for the park for the day, ask for a picnic.

He ido varias veces y siempre que puedo repito. El trato es super amable, muy familiar, y tienen muy en cuenta las necesidades concretas de cada cliente. Sitio precioso, junto al rio Noguera Pallaresa, y en el centro del Parquie del Alto Pirineos. Instalacines muy confortables. Comida excelente. Las habitaciones fabulosas. Super recomendable. un 9 en adaptacion para movilidad reducida.

Desfasado, necesita una buena reforma de las habitaciones (baño, mobiliario). Desayuno normalito, calidad media. En una tortilla de patata encontramos varios trozos de cáscara de huevo. La persona que atendía el desayuno es súper agradable. Spa demasiado pequeño que también necesita cierto mantenimiento. Relación calidad/precio desfavorable en general.
