Hotel rural Font del Genil

We went in December and they didn't have heating. They did not offer us any solution, and they did not refund our money. The owner didn't even deign to answer any messages. They should close the hotel, it is a total scam. Don't go.

A hotel with charm but for which an effort must be made to bring a little more modernity and comfort, including in terms of hygiene. The catering also needs to be improved. The staff remains very pleasant and available. The location is great but... There are a lot of things to review.

Charming hotel with spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel and without a problem, everything was good and well priced. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The beautiful town. Place to rest.

A group of six friends stayed there for one day. Very good experience, both gastronomic and in relation to the stay in the rooms. Very attentive staff. I did not score a five due to a communication problem with management regarding a cancellation. Hotel in general highly recommended

Very bad service, very slow kitchen. We waited more than an hour for our drink to be served. A single waitress who had no experience and was alone. Reheated food and frozen chicken strips.

I do not recommend it nor will I return to this place. The hotel is not clean. I expressed my discomfort to Guillem in charge of the hotel and there was little ability to react. My room was not acceptable. Bed with hair, torn towels, bedspread with holes, small mattress protector which did not allow the bed to fit properly, sheets with a musty smell (I asked them to please change them and if they did they still smelled bad). Room full of dust, curtains that haven't been washed in years, stained fabric chair. Horrible decoration both in the room and in the restaurant. Bulbs with mixed white and warm light. There is no hospitality or good work. Zero love and zero detail in the room and restaurant. I have read other very positive comments, they must have been from the previous owners. Now it is no longer the case. For dinner I ordered breaded chicken with salad, they served me frozen breaded chicken. It is a shame. I paid €700 for three nights, two rooms and no breakfast included...an abuse for the product received.

Guillem nos trató muy bien. Fuimos una noche con un par de perros y la verdad es que fue inmejorable. Tanto la higiene de las habitaciones, como la comodidad, el ambiente y la atención al detalle fueron excelentes. Muy recomendable cenar allí también puesto que disponen de cocina propia con gastronomía local. Desayunar también muy recomendable ya que tienen surtido de embutidos y quesos de la zona modo bufet libre. Tenemos claro que volveremos.

Aunque solo hemos estado un día nos ha encantado todo. Hemos estado muy a gusto y muy tranquilos, el servicio muy atento y todo muy limpio. El pueblo es muy pequeño y cenamos en el mismo hotel y tienen buena variedad. Hemos ido con una perrita y no hemos tenido ningún problema con ella. Un placer ir a sitios así

Casa rural nada recomendable,con chinches en las habitaciones. Falta de limpieza en habitaciones y sin cambiarsabanas ni toallas. Desayuno escaso y de baja calidad. Otros clientes anteriores tuvieron problemas con los chinches. Os aconsejo no vayais nunca,porque no tendreis ni hoja de reclamaciones.
