Leshan Hotels with Bars

What a beautiful hotel. It is situated in a very strategic location in the middle of the happening where the Giant Buddha is (around 800m to entrance gate. The pedestrian street where the hotel is located, is gorgepusly colorful illuminated in the evening until around 23:00 Xiaoyan, the hotel staff is very helpful and escorted me to my room and explained everything regarding the functionaliity of the room. Check in was also efficiently done by Xiaoyan. Thank you. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Food was sooo deliciois and competitively reasonably priced according to my opinion compared to prices in the Netherlands. The atmosphere at the bar overlooking the river is nice. Definitely want to come back again in the near future.

This hostel accepts foreigners. Good location close to the bus stop and easy to navigate the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful although they didn't speak any English. The room was very comfortable and stylish for the price. It has a washing machine you can use for free if you have your own washing powder. Great quality for the price.

During this trip to Leshan, my friend recommended Taihe Shengshi Hotel. I stayed in a river-view room with a broad view. The transportation is also relatively convenient, the parking lot is also large, and yes, the breakfast is very good, and I will stay here next time I have the opportunity.

What a beautiful gem in the mountains. We stayed in the family themed room and it was lovely. Close to the sightseeing sites (The giant Buddha and Temples) and good Leshan restaurants. The receptionist was very helpful and made an effort to make our stay pleasantful. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and the breakfast was lovely. The cafe served ok-coffee and tea all locations are high up in the mountain so you can see a nice view. There is also a nice hiking trail on the property and the sights from the top are amazing. Great for families more amazing for couples.

Probably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The design of the entire B&B is very tasteful. The rooms are much larger than ordinary B&Bs and hotels. They are very spacious. It can be seen that the facilities and furnishings are carefully selected and of high quality. It's so nice to have a delicious hot pot meal under the bamboo forest with the mountain breeze blowing. The chef's skills are really good. I ordered a few dishes and every dish was delicious. It is so quiet at night after the lights are turned off, and it is really suitable for relaxing and meditating. The B&B is very close to Shengshui Temple, just a few minutes' walk away. It is a great experience to go to a Zen monastery and listen to the temple bells. It feels like all the worries are being sent away with the sound of the bells. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip in all aspects, and it exceeded my expectations for a boutique B&B in all aspects. I want to invite my friends to come back this summer and the National Day holiday. I have already selected the room types I want to stay in next time!
