J'ai réservé sur ******* cet hôtel, pour un groupe de 3 adultes et 3 enfants, en demi-pension, comprise déjà dans le prix de ma réservation. A l'arrivée l'Hôtel nous facture en plus le repas des enfants, soit disant qu'il n'était pas compris dans le prix...hors dans la réservation il n'y avait AUCUNE information à ce sujet. Malgré nos plaintes, il n'y a eu rien à faire, pour une nuitée le prix a augmenté de 60€ d'un coup! Leur explication était une mauvaise communication d'information avec *******, mais entre temps c'est le client qui a payé! Je le déconseille hautement, cet établissement ne communique pas bien ses prix et se retourne sur le client sans vouloir résoudre la situation. Bien sûr, à savoir le prix final, je n'aurais jamais réservé dans cet établissement! Le prix, avec les dépenses inattendues était exagéré!

Grande chambre, propre et moderne, c’est conforme à l’offre Mercure. Bon petit déjeuner. J’ai trouvé sympa les box pour s’isoler au petit déjeuner. Pain frais, fruits frais, buffet varié tout était réuni pour bien démarrer la journée. A 15 minutes en voiture de la gare Lille Europe.

Avons réservé notre chambre plusieurs mois à l avance pour suivre leur slogan réserver tôt pour avoir le meilleur prix c est tout à fait faux nous avons payé le prix fort et le prix a la nuitée n a fait que baisser une honte c est de la publicité mensongère

Chambre familiale offrant un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous n’avons pas pris les petits déjeuners que j’avais trouvé trop onéreux. Proche de l’hôtel on peut trouver différents restaurants. Le parking est grand et gratuit
