DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It is Suppose to be SMOKE-FREE ~ Smelled like a ashtray! Asked for another room ~ it was WORSE than the 1st! I don't know what was on the walls ~ TOTALLY GROSS! And cigarette burns in the bedspread! In a HORRIBLE part of town! Just DON'T!

Airport shuttle is always ready and on time. Rooms need maintaining full of holes, very old tubs wood decaying.

Dirty room. Floor wasn’t clean. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Bugs crawling up the shower wall while using it.Transients were lingering about, making you afraid to leave your room . Do not stay there!

Do not use their parking! No one ever showed up to pick us up after our flight was delayed for several hours. I called several times, only to be told someone would be there sooner or later. This was 2:00 am. After 45 min, we got an Uber. Did I mention, Do Not use their parking. You will be sorry you did!

Dawn, our taxi driver was lovely, but other than that I felt very unsafe and the cleanliness of the room was very poor.

Confirming our reservation was impossible despite multiple attempts unanswered. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The bedspread had more than a dozen cigarette burn holes.the bathroom appeared poorly maintained and the bathtub lacked a way to block the drain in order to hold water for a bath.

I was in Room 201 where the door don’t lock, the bed was broken and looked like I was from out of a dumpster the phone didn’t work and the tv was not working properly sheets not clean no towels or nothing
