Check in was efficient and quick. Room was comfortable and had all the extras needed. The breakfast was very good, and changed each day, which was nice. There are lots of dinning choices within walking distance. I would definably book and refer the Hampton Inn when traveling to Lethbridge again

I stayed 5 nights and found the room very clean and neat! I liked the style of the room, bathroom and amenities. I got to use the whirlpool, but the pool slide was closed off. Excellent complimentary breakfast too! I’d definitely come for another stay.

Love the friendly staff n even the guests staying there too. Nice hotel attracts nicer people. My boy just loves the swimming pool... evening n morning swims are the must do ones. The plentiful choice in breakfast was also another nice surprise. Definitely thinking to stay here again on next visit.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the price was reasonable—a standard Hilton hotel. Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were two issues with the hotel: firstly, the pool disinfectant smell was extremely strong, even irritating to the eyes; secondly, the bathtub in the room was not cleaned properly and had a lot of hair. I hope they will improve their management in the future.

The room is okay and the bathroom is big enough. The location is also good. I complained about his towels and quilts. Not only were they old, but they also smelled bad. The quilts had no covers and were held up by sheets, so they could easily move.
