Definitivamente es una muy buena opción de estadía: Buenas instalaciones, y buena limpieza, pero consideramos que algo que aportó en su mayoría a nuestra buena experiencia durante el hotel, es el excelente servicio del staff: Ema, Ivan y Edgar, ¡siempre atentos, cordiales y muy serviciales!

Viajamos en el mes de mayo con la familia para conocer el Amazonas, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias en general con alguno que otro insecto de la zona que se entra. Las zonas comunes están limpias la piscina es pequeña pero agradable. El personal es amable. Los desayunos son siempre lo mismo, no te dan opción de cambio por lo cual si vas a estar más de tres días ya es muy monótono, es algo que pueden mejorar. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación pues queda a dos cuadras del parque Santander donde se puede ver el espectáculo natural a las 5:00 p.m de los cientos de loros llegando a dormir (algo maravilloso), también queda cerca a varios restaurantes y agencias turísticas para los recorridos, en general la relación precio servicio es buena.

Zuruma Hotel is a clean, well-managed hotel with an excellent staff. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the common areas are well-maintained and provide opportunities to relax in the pool area or to watch sporting events with other guests. The hotel is secure and one can also watch television, read, or prepare for work activities in one’s room without being disturbed by outside noise. A large and very good breakfast is served each morning and coffee, tea, and water is always available. This hotel says it provides guests with the comforts of home, and this statement is true. The hotel is well located in an area a short walk from the center of Leticia and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. I have visited Leticia several times and I highly recommend this hotel for people spending time in Leticia. It is a first-class accommodation.
