The hygiene level needs to be improved. The hygiene of the bathroom, especially the shower head, is very poor. There is no hot water when I want to take a shower in the morning, and the air conditioner is not very hot. The equipment is also relatively old, so I won’t consider it here next time.

It's a decent hotel, and it's up to par in Laoting. The front desk service is very good, and the room facilities are OK. The family room we booked is more suitable for families traveling with the elderly!
