一度作為樂亭最大的酒店，沒想到時隔多年，還是那樣的整潔如新，晚上有暖心的牛奶麪包餅乾和糖果，設施也有檔次，可有早餐服務。服務也很熱情。滿意！

每次出差樂亭，選來選去，還是住承啟酒店比較合適，雖然硬件設施比較舊了，但整體還能接受，
有客房有免費水果，牛奶！太棒了！
其實酒店可以做得更好一些！建議如下：
1. 早餐弄點西式的，烤麪包啥的，
2. 每次進入餐廳，服務員發雙筷子，餐盤，總覺得怪怪的，跑遍全國，唯有承啟這樣的！
酒店回覆點評，可以認真一點，不要每次都那麼象徵性的應付客人的點評，要有實質性改進，

1. 在樂亭，硬件設施比較好的酒店，
差評如下：
2. 酒店管理：很難讓人接受和理解，進入早餐廳，給我發一個餐盤和一雙筷子，感覺要飯似的，我些食物和水果是不能放同一盤子的，所以感覺好怪！
3. 住的第二天回來的晚上，可能是來了什麼大領導，大堂三步一崗四步一哨，站着服務員，竟然不讓我乘電樓，一個女服務員看見我進入大堂快步上來攔着我，讓我走步梯上樓，漆黑黑的走道，我非常惱火的，搞得好像天皇要駕到似的，真的大領導也不可能住你這個級別的酒店，弄得場面那麼大，
