Mount Errigal Hotel, Conference & Leisure Centre

The staff were all lovely and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor is a little dated but everything is to a high standard. Only problem is that check in is quite late but check out is early

Rooms were comfortable and clean .Staff friendly. However we were very disappointed as we had to clear our breakfast table both mornings as no one took us to our table and it was quite messy having to clear a table to eat . Not enough staff on duty in mornings.

The Mount Errigal Hotel in Ballyraine is a very comfortable hotel with great facilities. All the staff are friendly and good at their job. The Bar / Restaurant is a very pleasant place to be, with a great selection of food and drinks. One member of staff that stood out was Orla, she made my stay very enjoyable and special. I can only describe her as, very friendly, approachable, efficient and highly professional. She went out of her was to make sure my stay was 10/10. She gave me a Master Class on how customer service should be in all hotels.

I’m a long term member of the leisure centre, i attend many classes on a weekly basis.PTs come and go but most recently i met Stephen who has made the classes more challenging and exciting, i look forward to his classes in particular. Always teaching with great attention to detail, making me feel welcome and brings some craic to each class, this has really built a community atmosphere

Yesterday 02/05/2024 me and my friend went to the cafe boulevard for some lunch and a catch up. We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies, Orla and Aleah if I can remember that correctly. we had a classic club and it was lovely and 2 coffees, would highly recommend.

My partner & I stayed here for 2 nights & what a wonderful stay. The staff were very pleasant, had a big spacious, modern, clean bedroom. The facilities were amazing, could’ve stayed in the leisure centre all day. Ate in both the restaurant & bar, delicious food & excellent service. It was also a very nice touch that the owner was going around talking to guests ensuring they were enjoying their stay. Would highly recommend a stay. 5 stars from us

Had a little staycay with the girls for and we chose the Mount Errigal for our weekend away. The staff were so warm and welcoming, the rooms were gorgeous and we got the best sleep in the comfiest beds! We ate in the bar and Terry stopped by and checked in on us while we ate and offered some wine recommendations. The dinner was delish and we enjoyed the wine a little too much!! Definitely will be staying again and exploring more of beautiful Letterkenny.

Just back from another amazing stay at the Mount Errigal, never fails for an enjoyable weekend getaway! Staff couldn’t have done enough to make us feel welcome & service was top class as usual.
