The room was big and very clean. The decoration is very new. The room we stayed in, Room 506, was very nice and easy to take photos. There are no comments about dangerous issues. The staff are very nice and their service attitude is great. Went downstairs for breakfast. It was very rich. The location is also very good, very close to the subway station. Just one stop away from Lafayette.

Wir waren mit Smartbox und 1 Nacht Verlängerung da. Unser Superiorzimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht war sauber aber im Stil der 70er eingerichtet mit relativ kleinem Bad, Badewanne und Duschvorhang. Der Thermal- Badebereich (32°C) ist gepflegt mit sehr schönem Garten, ein absolutes Plus für das 50jährige Hotel. Das Personal war teils sehr freundlich teils eher uninteressiert.

Cet hôtel, dans lequel nous n'avons passé qu'un week-end, nous a laissé un excellent souvenir. La chambre, au dernier étage, donnant sur la vallée et sur les piscines, était parfaite. La cuisine, ainsi que le buffet du petit-déjeuner, nous ont enchantés. Le spa est un + pour cet hôtel, propre et agréable. Un petit mot pour le personnel, qui a été présent, discret, sympathique et professionnel (un remerciement spécial à M. Salvator et à Camilla) pour nous avoir si bien accueilli avec notre chienne. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Personnel aimable, buffet petit-déjeuner excellent et varié. Literie au top et confortable. La piscine est également très appréciable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

Ein schönes Hotel mit eigenen Thermalbäder, die Bäder sind warm. Wir hatten das Zimmer 405 mit Balkon Top und sauber nichts zu bemängeln. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit Walliser Käse und einer tollen Orangenpresse Maschine für frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Personal sehr freundlich, Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit, Restaurant sehr aufmerksam

The hotel is not bad in itself, however the services provided do not correspond at all to the prices charged. The reception/bar area has obviously undergone recent renovations, unlike the rest of the establishment. The facilities as a whole are quite dated, the restaurant room is devoid of any charm, the outdoor thermal pool is not warm enough, the staff is not particularly friendly, especially in the restaurant. I appreciated the possibility of shortening my stay without penalty and the small commercial gesture upon my departure.

Ich war ein WE mit meinen Kindern dort. Ein Teil des Hotels ist toll renovier; der andere ist def. in die Jahre gekommen. Zuerst gab man mir das falsche Zimmer. Also musste ich alles alleine wieder einpacken, ins andere Zimmer umziehen, und auspacken - man bot mir keine Hilfe an. Das Zimmer roch nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch. Das Bad ist extrem klein. Die Kinderspielecke ist lieblos & nicht einladend. Das Essen der Kinder war verbrannt & das Essen generell nicht gesalzen. Manche Eier-Speisen vom Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht geniessbar. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Kein ****-Hotel in meinen Augen.
