the room is big enough for one or 2 person in their standard room with kitchen facilites. breakfast is good. the location is good if you prefer a quiet area with mountain view off village centre, but a bit walk distance from village if you have no car, tho they have shuttle service. free hot spring pool is good too. hiking trails and télécabine are nearby

Old hotel located quite far from the city center. Decent breakfast. Pleasant thermal swimming pool.

This hotel is very cost-effective. The scenery outside the hotel is great. The hot springs are comfortable to soak in. The facilities are a bit old, so it is very cost-effective. Unfortunately, I forgot my iPod under the pillow and sent an email to the hotel, but nothing happened.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are relatively large, with bathtubs, and the balcony rooms are large. The hotel has its own indoor hot spring, which is comfortable and does not require a cold. You can soak in the hot spring while looking at the snow-capped mountains. The only drawback is that the location is a bit remote. You have to go to the bus station Diana to eat, and it closes at 5 o'clock. You can also order food at the hotel, which is about 45 Swiss francs per person. The hotel breakfast is OK. Remember to book a hotel car. The hotel shuttle bus terminal must be booked one day in advance. If you don’t drive yourself, you want to push your luggage directly from the Diana station to the hotel. There are several big slopes😂

this is very expensive and the food is not good at all. The water is very expensive too

the hotel is even for Switzerland to expensive! the rooms are big but very old! reception is open only from 8 am to 8 pm! if you need the key you can take it by yourself ! security ????. breakfast starts at 8 am ! at the reception we had big discussions about the parking bc I paid this before and it was even written in the booking confirmation! I honestly cannot recommend this hotel

- Rooms are large, have a large window to the large balcony and a great view of the mountains and Leukerbad - in-house thermal bath with large pool and whirlpool - free shuttle bus with friendly driver to the ski lift and the bus station

heating much too hot. In the bathroom, we could barely stay barefoot on the tiles, just to brush our teeth, we had to put a cloth under our feet... Almost dangerous with small children!

It smells like financial problems, an unmaintained swimming pool and makes you want to run away. Poorly prepared room with an unpleasant smell, and many other things that don't make you want to come back. Very poor value for money

Nice view of the village from the rooms. The site needs a refresh. The carpet is from another time. The temperature was very high in the rooms and it was not possible to reduce it... Too bad... Breakfast was a nice surprise with plenty of choice, but a lot of chipped cups.

Really very old structure! Dilapidated but spacious room. Encrusted showers. On the other hand, excellent view! The hotel has private parking (for a fee) and is a 5-minute drive from the centre. There is a shuttle service on request, but only until 4pm. You could go on foot but the street is poorly lit. Services almost non-existent, there is no one at the reception at 8pm! The hotel has a spa, but they were not accessible during the 3 days of my stay. On the second day the hotel provided us with a voucher for the municipal spa (much appreciated gesture!). Terrible breakfast, only the bread and homemade jams and the price are good (which is 15 euros for a very small buffet). At check-out we were given an incorrect bill, which was obviously corrected after we reported the error.

On our arrival we were reminded that we had to pay for parking + or - more depending on where we left the car! The swimming pool is not suitable for swimming, the water is green and foul-smelling! we gave up the SPA (you had to pay extra) and what can we say about the rooms....they are large and spacious, but: stained carpet, squashed bugs on the walls, the floor of the terrace gutted. The bedding is good, but it took a while to shower, there is no pressure in the shower...very positive point, the breakfast is very fresh, good and varied. It wouldn't take much at this hotel to 'it's becoming a nice hotel again, but it's really Shinning's Overlook Hotel....

Arrived for a weekend, no heating in the room. The solution was to give us an electric radiator, a bit of a poor solution for a superior room. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Meals well served, salad buffet and breakfast are not up to par. The establishment is not properly maintained, it remains from the period which could be magnificent if investments were made. The changing rooms for the swimming pool are more like a fridge, for privacy you will quickly have to forget it is wide open, in one of the changing cabins there are skis and a cleaning machine. The location of the hotel is pleasant, the view from the room on the south side is very pleasant. In the end I tried it but the desire to return is not there, this establishment absolutely needs to think about carrying out a major renovation effort. Not being satisfied with the service, I notified my dissatisfaction but made no commercial gesture. I stayed on a weekend which did not meet my requirements for a three star hotel.
