By the way, I didn't go there. The reservation service is so terrible that I finally gave up going there. This is the first time in my life that I've encountered such terrible people when it comes to making a reservation. Impossible to wait for someone by phone. The email staff is incompetent and cannot even read what is written to them. When finally (after 4 emails) we receive a proposal email and we validate it 60 minutes later, we receive another email 4 hours later to tell us that the suites are no longer available..... Lamentable. I will never go to this place.

An establishment that is not maintained. The rooms are shabby and more worthy of a hotel at this price level. (example: no heating in the bathrooms) It's sad because 25 years ago it was the best hotel in the resort, a real 5*

The Grand Bain Hotel is old, and seems to be quite worn out. Not impressed at all. The pool was wonderful and well kept. The breakfast at Hotel France was great. But cannot recommend The Grand Bain Hotel. The Hotel France seems in better condition and updated.

Bel hôtel, bon accueil mais un peu vieillissant. Les salles de bains auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Pour aller aux bains qui se trouvent sur place, c'est le parcours du combattant, c'est compliqué et pas pratique.

The breakfast was very good in quality and variety.
The staff is very frendly, bad the sauna was not working.

Avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel .... Juste une moquerie envers les clients. Nous avons eu une chambre désuète avec un mobilier abîmé, la moquette est tachée à plusieurs endroits, la prise de l'entrée bouge et est dangereuse, les rideaux sont tachés et la télè est à changer car elle ne fonctionne plus. La salle de bain est ancienne avec une cabine de douche se fermant très mal, le carrelage fendu à plusieurs endroits avec des joints moisis, le bac de douche moisi et taché et un seul verre à dents pour 2 personnes ! De plus, une porte rejoint la chambre se trouvant en face de la nôtre avec du bruit le soir et tôt le matin. De même que le personnel qui a servi le petit déjeuner de dimanche et lundi matin n'a salué personne, ces personnes ont discuté entre eux et nous les dérangions si nous leur demandions du café ou autre mais je vous rassure que nous, nous les avons salués. Nous avons signalé à la réception notre mécontentement mais on nous a répondu que l'hôtel était complet et qu’il n’y avait aucune solution. Mais pourquoi nous avoir accueilli en sachant que l'hôtel était complet ? Nous avons envoyé des mails et au bout du 8ème, une simple réponse que technicien passerais. Nous avons envoyé un recommandé à la direction en réclamant le remboursement mais... pas de réponse. Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles!!!!!!

Chambres et lit confortable à l'hôtel de France malgré les tâches d'humidité dans la salle de bains . Gros bémol de n'avoir pas été prévenu que les piscines de l hôtel sont fermées ( on se sait pas pourquoi). Obligation de payer le parking de l'alpentherme à l'office du tourisme dans le centre du village . Les bâtiments ont un grand besoin de rafraîchissement.

Chambre double supérieure Maison Blanche : chambre salle de bain et couloirs vieillissants. Tapis pas très net. Une rénovation s’impose…. Excellant buffet petit-déjeuné, repas du soir au restaurant « sacré bon » moyen. Le personnel est sympathique, mais c’est un peu particulier qu’on le retrouve en joggings prenant leur déjeuné en même temps que les hôtes ainsi que de les recroiser aux bains thermaux. Prestations de bien-être au top.
