The staff are very nice. There are opportunities for communication between tenants. People who don't speak foreign languages well will probably have trouble. There is a laundry room next door where it costs 5.50 euros to wash 7.5kg of clothes. Clothes dryer costs 0.8 euros per 5 minutes.

I was surprised by the bad condition in which the facilities are in general. Very dirty yard (cigarette butts and trash everywhere), the broken gate, etc. The bathroom was also in very bad shape. Location is also not best (for the price), and the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy at night. They charge extra for electricity and water if guests use "too much" (including heating), but it is not specified how much it is. There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room too. On the positive side, the bed was quite comfortable. Also, I was contacted by management after the visit and took real interesnt on my experience and how to improve it. All in all I would expect other kind oh apartment for such price. I would pay no more than 60-70 euros/night for what I got.

Very dirty rooms, unbreathable air. Insanely hot, like an oven, not even a fan. An incredible amount of dust. Used tissues under the bed, tobacco/dirt on the sofa... I wouldn't stay there again, even for free. Not even that convenient to the center and the station, as it's a 20-minute walk away. Highly not recommended.
