The staff are very nice. There are opportunities for communication between tenants. People who don't speak foreign languages well will probably have trouble. There is a laundry room next door where it costs 5.50 euros to wash 7.5kg of clothes. Clothes dryer costs 0.8 euros per 5 minutes.

Overall ok but stairs to loft not best for seniors to climb. No safety railing was poor. Beds adequate but average at best. We would not stay there again as we are pushing 80 years of age.

I was surprised by the bad condition in which the facilities are in general. Very dirty yard (cigarette butts and trash everywhere), the broken gate, etc. The bathroom was also in very bad shape. Location is also not best (for the price), and the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy at night. They charge extra for electricity and water if guests use "too much" (including heating), but it is not specified how much it is. There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room too. On the positive side, the bed was quite comfortable. Also, I was contacted by management after the visit and took real interesnt on my experience and how to improve it. All in all I would expect other kind oh apartment for such price. I would pay no more than 60-70 euros/night for what I got.

I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok.

Verblijf had mooi kunnen zijn: mooi concept, goede ligging, mensen behulpzaam bij boeking en in eerste instantie ook concierge. Maar... Stinkende badkamer/douchekamer (sterke rioolgeur). Wanneer dit gemeld wordt: straal genegeerd en ontkend, wanneer hierover gecommuniceerd wordt. Mijn zoon wou hier zelfs niet douchen en ik kon hem geen ongelijk geven.

Estaba relativamente bien situada del centro, un paseo agradable. La ducha potencia y temperatura del agua perfecta.
El apartamento necesitaría una renovación...la decoración es de los años 50, las camas y almohada eran duras, para dar la luz del baño tenias que abrir un armario, la nevera empezaba a sonar de repente en medio de la noche, era una calle tranquila pero se escuchaba perfectamente todo el ruido de la calle.
